I did 2 hours cycling today, resting from the previous 2 days of left ITB soreness. My PHP plan says "excluding Patella knee pain". My planner says 2007's appeal failed and she will reappeal for me in 2008.
Chinese New Year is coming and I am planning to do more LSD runs, that is all.
I have previously eat alone like normal days for last 2 year's reunion dinners, probably the only Chinese in the world to do that with own family under one roof.
