I am back to aikido training, later I will be going to gym. My quads need to wake up to work hard. All the recents issues in work, I wonder what next. Worst to worst, I got nice excuse to start new goals.

Yesterday hit the books for 2 hours, the calculators came but no warrenty card are found. hmm

Ii think aikido can not only build biceps, but triceps too. One week's off and my triceps are aching already.

M, CL and G went to Kbox to celebrate my brithday and crapping as usual. All of us so tired mahz.
