In the end I decided to go ahead with the 21km run and end up with a 3hr40minutes timing, with 2500mg of Panadol. It is close to my expected 3hr 30min timing.

It is frustrating to be fit "on top" but not"below", you want to run yet you cannot run but walk when the legs still acting crazy. I notice I can drink quite lots of fluids and even eat banana(!) during a run with no crippling stitch, another improvement!

It is time to hunt for a cheap bicycle, if not a fold-able bicycle,because some jerk stole mine.
