2nd link Link Bridge Run 2006

Today, I fail to do a sub 1 hour Personal Record(PR) for my 10Km run, it was a disappointing 63mins, 3 minutes away from my target!!

The only good thing is my old injury (ITB) did not bother me and I was running in good form, with no stitches, and no walking. I think I found the right way to eat before runs. Just fruits(prune) and Panadol(2 "Extra" ones) will be fine.

I swear there will be no more reasons to lower my weekly mileage, hazes and rains are crap excuses.

I did not meet Hx before and after the run, because logistically it does not work out. She has to wait for her friends and they travel by one car, so I won't have space to squeeze in...I did saw her 2 mins after the run and tap her shoulders. :-)

I have this weekend plan to run to my home to office, as I need to gauge how long it will take before I do the reverse(office to home). That means I will need to get all the stuff to change after running be dumping the necessities on Friday night.
