It is a rainy days on a Friday night,that ruins my running plan.

I was shocked to be asked to translate English to Cantonese, I supposed I screwed up again, looks like its back to square one. A pure Cantonese who cannot speak Cantonese well, I am totally a loser in dialect and how was I supposed to convince them I can understand but not speak well? I totally admitted defeat, this is my weakness point!

No wonder they look so familiar, I met them before, those 2 in Butch Hunt2007. CL was saying maybe we can go and show them support, I asked J in workplace as well. I have to pick up my ECP race goody bag tomorrow.

I was invitied for the pre-selection test, I have to cross fingers again.

Yesterday, I went to gym I did a 10 min 7Km/hr run, and some weight workouts mainly on my shoulders.

I will be doing my usual 1 hour run later at night.

Aikido class was stiff and awkward, I crash my feet right onto my senior's toes, that was so clumsy and uncool.

公司里一个挺娘的家伙老是找碴，真的是伤脑筋，每个人下班后，不都一样，想回家跷个脚休息。。。

物价快上涨了，要好好处理财务预算！咖啡乌从六毛变成七毛了啦！

As I have mentioned earlier, I wanted to get this for some time. Pageone is now having 20% sale for English books so I got this.

Looking at this terrorism that happened 12 years ago, I cannot help having this eerie feeling of saying that it will happen again, even in Singapore. It is so easy to brainwash people in the name of religionor other higher means, in any cash-rich, soulless urban city.

I point mid fingers at 3 Thai/Fillipinos-looking foreigner workers while running, after they start laughing and imitating me running. After which, I sped off at record-breaking speed (if I can maintain that speed for anther few hours, I can definitely qualify for the Boston marathon), I almost collapse as I have reach more than 95% of my maximum heart rate.

R says my action is awesome, L says I am brave, I told L that runner high makes me cranky and violent again.

I only got this book, the Chinese translated version of this book from the book fair, it is rare to find such a topic/study.
