My day start with the purchasing of my kopi-O at the kopitiam near the station, I request for less sugar for the first time. The auntie sellor says:"What so smart, I prefer mine with more sugar!" I just smiled back. I ordered my healthy You Tau Foo with soup guotiao and chilli (okay not healthy).

I know when I reach the office, I will hear the cleaner's irritating voice, and she never clean our tables properly and complain very few minutes, either about food not thrown away or ants appearing. I "let go" today, in any case she was about to leave when I reach at 845pm, I would say -Perfect timing for a new start of the day.

I continue to read The Secret book during lunch time, with my Subway sandwich(The usual -ColdCut Honeyoat bread with Chiptole Southwest and all vegetables with no onions)

Today the boy LJ boss did not chat with most of us, the lady boss was in extremely good mood, she bid us goodbye before taking the place to her homeland -UK.

I did not run today, but I will do a bit of pumping later, tomorrow I will photocopy my documents for the 2 jobs to apply.

"Sutra" of the day to recite: I must remind myself to hypnotise myself that I got that iron bowl job, I ALREADY GOT that job. I want that job and I will get the job, I already is entitled to that job, I deserved that job.

The Secrets By by Rhonda Byrne

I am going to do an experiment and see if this works. From a Buddhist's point of view, this screams "selfishness" and "self-centeredness", I find it very contradicting to the need for compassion.

I was told of this book which changes a friend's life, out of curiosity I find it similar to meditation/visualization tools in some Buddhist traditions. However the motive is entirely different.

Today is the first time I went to the mega gym near my workplace. This is because I got a one week trial card from the sales manager(SM) at the posh neighbour branch with CL yesterday. I am so sick of the smelly cc gym with pot belly uncles, that I finally admit defeat. That crappy CL asked if the gyms has many sugar mummys/taitais, guess what? Miss SM says yes, especiall in the altas neighbourhood branch and CL says she is so flirtious *slap forehead*...hahaha. I am more into toned nice biceps, butts and abs.

The classes look tough and the music is noisy, but the view from my treadmill is marvellous. They really have big treadmills, equipped with fans! It is not so stressed to workout here as I see many people who do not look fit at all. I am curious on what my biological age is (part of the memebership package treats)

When I have my own home, I will installed my own gym equipments. I saw a 30s angmok with short butch hair doing some difficult backward triceps workout, totally like those yandaos in the glbt personals, I need to distract myself watching TVs before my nose bleeds....

I am very happy with the facility there and the same sales manager saw me and greet me. I am her walking potential moneymaker for now. The price and the logistics are issues, I am thinking of using my yearly endowment cash bonus to pay . Nevertheless,I hope I will not last long enough to move to the new workplace which is not near any of the gym's existing branch.

Soon I can foresee myself logging my daily/weekly mileage and see if I can get myself a "tick" for a full marathon in 2008.

I got my Xmas gift, I got a psychometric test coming, hopefully I do a better job this time, after 6 long years!

Today my manager got arrowed again, poor thing, when it was not even her fault. All I can do is listen to her and shake my head. She says that the culture here is , once you are on leave, you will come back with many arrows as gifts haha. My email server is not even ready for me to send my stuff.

I need to buy calcium tablets.

Dear Jude, your favourite auntie thought that"One, Two, Buckle my shoes..." is a poem instead of a nursey rhythm.

I am taking leave today, tomorrow and Friday. With all the work lag due to the nature of my job scope, I will probably be around during the weekend to speed up the delays. Yes, the managements sucks, but I separate it from my duty. Professionalism and integrity is not for show, it is for yourself. I shall stay put and see how things go, every event in life is a way to learn.

NYP Physiotherapy course only accepts A level students, damn, I really made a wrong choice 9 years ago.

Today, I was out with little J and L. The kid was so high the moment I see him, he was calling me"Ah Yee" at least 3 times. L confused Monday with Tuesday, and almost forgot I was coming, so it was a change of her family visit on Tuesday instead. We succeed in teaching him how to do a "Bill please" stunt, yeah! He was smiling all day with the usual wacky grin.

We went to collect some book at a library and was out for lunch at Villages , formerly known as Marche, at Heeren. Amazingly, there is a playground there, so it was easy for the kid to entertain himself. Of course, he insist we play with him. *roll eyes*

I am going to take a 2nd panadol pill (For Joint and muscle) later, my pain tolerance is high but there is a cutoff point. The price for the painkillers has shot up from $4.6 to $5, thanks for inflation, even Nissan cup noodles has shot up.

It is a pity to die in such a freak accident, Singaporeans will be grieving for the 5 dragon boat hunks. This was made worse by the fact that they were not wearing any life vests. Let us hope some investigations done later can prevent another tragedy.

Although the name is so lousy in a superstitious way, I am all game for the half marathorn on Sundown Night marathorn on 31st May 2008. They actually have a 84km ultra, that is way too cool. I will train harder in the leg department.

With the opening of the mega bookstore in the atlas neighbourhood, I should be hanging there more often. Its time to see old friends tomorrow, miss you guys.

I found out yesterday that HX thinks on the same wavelength as me, there is no issue with Buddhist being Catholic. However, I rarely told anyone this as I fear it might start a controversy, there is enough trouble in this world for another heated debate. People can get overly emotion when it comes to religion issues, I only treat it as a personal faith thing. Most of my friends are catholics and freethinkers, so I do not have the ability and intelligent to change anything.

I have not blogging for some time as I have been facing problem going into blogspot's blogging site.

Today I did my first SCSM half marathorn, but I am not sure if i really took 2.5 hour to finish it as per my expectation. By the time I am dong, my handphone clock shows 9am, the race starting time is supposedly 6:10, I assume that after cutting off the start delay and toilet break, I should be real on target!

The reason is I am no longer using my give my digital watch. I gave it to my mum as the strap falls off mysteriously and getting a new one cost $20, hence it is not worth the price. I am a real cheapskate. :P

I think I did quite well as I did not have stitch, but my legs was not as strong as my lungs, as by the 18km mark, they were very shaky and tired. I stop to recharge at 2 or 3 heat rub stops. The million dollar question is, can I do a full marathon next year?
