好多所谓的坚持,都变得没有意义,像一杯冷掉的咖啡,不能再继续喝下去了.

年少的痴狂,青春的昂扬,或者是幼时的单纯,都一点一滴地消失掉.

就这样, 怎么也找不会来了.

保持距离,才不会差伤彼此; 可是要付出多少代价, 有没有人去计算过.

There is no training this week, it is supposed to rain today, if this is indeed so, then today is indoor running. My mum did not turn off the stove and head straight to work. I gave her a good scolding. What if I thought she is still at home and goes to work, while my brother is still sleeping? Does she realise the dreadful consequences? It is dangerous enough that some idiots in the house do not lock the outside door at midnight.

I went to met S for dinner yesterday, glad to know she is doing well in her new job.

We are more or less in the same industry, and I promised her to check out some finanical planning experts that I knew, just to see if it fits into her project profile needs. She actually push away 2 job offers this year (mega companies) to do what she liked.

I admired her courage, to choose passion for money. She ask why I did not take the translation thing instead, the reason is quite simply because it does not pay for a career.

I had a long gossip chat with Y, but it is remains at top secret, we shared confidential information.

It is official, the Ghost festival is starting, I had to lay off the road pounding and hit the gym, with all respect to the good brothers.

My stamina has not been the best, and neither is the air quality. It is time to say hello to the bodybuilders, skinny teenagers and muscle Marys. I will increase my dumbbell repetition sessions at home.

今天和同事吃饭，聊了少，她还送我东西。前天，我的另外两位同事还请我吃一顿，真有一点儿不好意思。

昨天我跑了五十多分钟，星期二我只跑了二十四分钟，我要吃多一点来充电。

大姐还是以她一贯的方式来“酸”我，无聊透！人长这么大却还那么幼稚。
