Its been a while since I last blog. I resign from the agency before I close my first sale for J, as my new job has a direct conflict of interest with this business. Actually if I had continued, I can probably closed at least 7 or 8 cases, but i rather not do this with a half-hearted altitude.

I know I can do it if I want to but i need to overcome my longtime insecurity with money as well,it is the biggest obstacle for me, somewhat like a handicap. I am not bothered by what others think of me though, they do not know me well enough, although they meant well. I know my strength is in analyzing,but not in interpersonal communication. I also do not believe I am not suitable for sales, if not I would not have try this new job...

However, I am proceeding to take my last 2 general papers, since these papers are valid for 3 years, I am buying myself time to think and improve my EQ skills at the same time.
